If your thinking of changing Carriers or need a new NBN Service, our process is simple, there’s no downtime.

1. You fill out our Application Form email back to us & we submit to NBN
2. We get an Install Date within 24 Hours of Submitting your application, the Install date will be 7-10 Business Days (that’s really fast)
3. NBN Tag your service in your premises, We come out & Install / Configure our High Speed VDSL Router & Test Speeds Etc
4.  If the Wi-Fi isn’t strong enough (depending on the size of your site we can Connect a Mesh Network to extend the Signal.
5. Follow up Service is a Call Direct to us & we investigate through the back end & lodge with NBN if required, one point of contact for you, no endless stressful calls to overseas call centres like other Telco’s.

Routers we use are TP-Link VR2100, we’ve had great success with these Routers with no complaints or you can use your own.
